The aspects that I/we enjoyed are the friendliness of the staff and the 24 hrs. Room service. The room is nice, including the city view. We have yet to try the Concierge lounge, but we look forward to that amenity. Next time we are going to reserve directly with your staff. We look forward to better rates, as we were advised.

The hotel is quite new, very clean and in excellent location. The room was nicely decorated and the personnel was kind and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was plentiful.
